If you look at page 31 in particular, it really does ram home what PEN have acheived in securing the land holdings over there. Just taking Ross for example, and as you can see negoiating the numerous different surface ownerships over the Ross area was a task in itself.

I have been told that even the American uranium miners over there can't believe what the Aussies(PEN) has achieved at Lance. Even though they all new Lance was sitting on part of the best ground over there for uranium, it was always viewed on by the American miners as too hard basket so to speak, just because of so many different owners to have to negoiate with, hence the reason for PENs secrecy on it a while back.

This is one of the main reasons all these other miners have a majority of their projects primarily on state land. Its a whole lot easier in that regard.

The good thing is, PEN have now achieved that huge hurdle, all the hard yards in that regard are now complete and they can get on with proving up what looks like the best uranium rich ground in wyoming. Time to reek the rewards of taking on a huge task and completing it. Lets not forget that this process has taken a long time to get too.

Anyway just thought I would highlight this huge achievment in itself, as it hasn't really been focussed on too much, and it deservedly should be.
