Policies that apply specifically to Aboriginals only affect Aboriginals, non Aboriginals don't fall under those policies, so your objection to treating the issue separate is nonsense.

Trying to justify why they were taken does not change the fact that they were taken.
Nothing to do with being a Lefty or a Righty, Kids being taken from their families for the purpose of assimilation was just what happened.
Whatever other current issue there are, they are unrelated to the previous policies related to the kids being taken.
