When GNC announced the buyback (11/11/21) it said "up to $50m" worth of shares to be bought back. The SP was under $7 at the time. When it finally commenced the buyback (June 2022), the SP was over $10. So having purchased 5m shares, I suspect it is pretty close to having completed the buyback now ...
