Many PSC contracts have first rights for the NOC as off take for local needs at international prices less transport etc etc. I assume that Cupet will provide trucking to the local refinery where there are export/import facilities at a close port and a tank farm.
Hopefully AP will inform the market of these terms as we get closer to development/production.
