yes “in late stage discussions”.
considering that QPM was saving the last third of production to keep for the spot market, I wonder whether it was financiers pushing for the secured offtake, or whether it was the OEM driving the conversation out of desperation.
If it’s the latter, the cards would be heavily stacked in our favour and I’m sure there’d be a decent equity portion of the deal to convince the board to shift from original plans which could be big.
