Your talking divesting a lease in full or part and that is the business model for the right market price. And yep production is draining the reserve at a slow rate, post peak and the decline cure these companies are after the annuity type income on thier books for little to no effort.
Again they will pay fair agreed value for the leases and horizons on a NPV value.
I'm referring to commentary of any lock stock and barrel takeover of the company.
