Just some pondering on KZAKZA SHARE PRICE TO MARKET CAPITALISATION RATIO
As at Jujy 6, 2022
The share price of $0.625 (62.5 cents) equates to $86.72M market cap.
Therefore the SP of $1 equals to $139M market cap.
A market cap of $1B equates to the share price being $7.20
A market cap of $2B equates to the share price being $14.40
A market cap of $5B equates to the share price being $36
What would happen to the share price if KZA went it alone in marketing pAX. The estimate is that there could be sales of up to $1.5B pa. Lets assume a 30% net profit on reduced sales of $1B for an annual net profit of $300M
A $300M pa net profit would value KZA at say a multiple of 10 times for a market cap of $3B which would equate to a SP of $21.60.
This probably means that a big bio company (Genetech etc ) would have to offer $3B for pAX
Obviously there are other values associated with pAX especially BCBM & DIPG, plus the voucher, and EVT-801
An early $5B takeover deal would be possible. SP could be $36 for such a take over deal.
