I doubt that a lowball offer will get traction.
I'd prefer to think we don't need to worry too much.Most of us think it's a lot, but until more data is established we don't know.
- First step is to establish what RAC is actually worth.
- Then we apply Dr T's formula: fair sale price = valuation minus 30%.
Of course a bidding war would help achieve the magic number.
- Then we decline offers below this figure.
