I highly doubt it.
But to compare apples to apples, according to an article from 2018 a lumbar fusion (which is typically much more expensive than a discectomy) cost under $18k.
So more expensive. Probably not very successful. I'm sure people may be interested in the therapy. But MSB will have to make a compelling argument for its use, and that will be through another trial.
Will be watching this space.
