it makes no mention in this latest or previous iterations of other background 'negotiations' being conducted - as it would be required to do ( as per clause a) )

Under Listing Rule 3.1, an entity must disclose all information concerning it that it becomes aware of from any source and of any character, if a reasonable person would expect the information to have a material effect on the price or value of its securities.

therefore it can only be adjudged that the trial results are not prepared for release due to some level of inter company miscommunication or procedural error that has occurred in the process of this release......the only word for that is incompetence.....ie the inability to complete a stated task so failing to meet a self imposed deadline accepted as a corporate / industry benchmark to a self declared capital market timeframe.....
perhaps if certain parties have not compiled and completed segments of their report it would be prudent to announce this also within the initial 'trading halt' sub clauses, or indeed in the suspension extension announcements. Pretty simple in my mind really
