Big Positive the way I look at it that Bob Pritchard has taken his total renumeration in shares. You dont do this if your not pretty certain of big returns.

Yes, they are looking after key personnel, but from what I understand these guys have been working their collective asses of for little personnal return. This is a thankyou from management before the big run commences.
