At the AGM the question was asked why did MIK not make an announcement in conjunction when the Sirit deal was announced in November -the answer was it was an oversight(or something similar !)and that they have appointed the Radar Group - Wanda Mackinnon - [email protected] to make sure that such deals would be announced in the future.Also this is covered in Matts AGM presentation.With the recent South American EVI deal and no announcement from MIK does this mean MIK are in or out. I also think that the Chairman is well aware of the "old" and "new"
views of shareholders and uderstands that the company has to move forward - I still think that we are on track.
But it is taking time !!!!!!
