It's intertwined. You argue that "everything else is a distraction" to the points in your list, which therefore insinuates that marketing is a distraction.
Yet Scott is diluting us through poor marketing initiatives by giving away free oppies which will likely all be converted and sold pre-spud that haven't added tangible value. The only visible effort undertaken by PAC has been the analyst report. ROI matters.
Yes - I am arguing that Scott needs to increase exposure of the largest Basin play in 2022 as I've pointed out here. It's a very minor undertaking and will not distract him from the points you've listed.
