They completed their action last FY doc………it’s only small retailers in the mix for now. All the big boys and sophisticated investors ( code for larger holders , like myself ) are in for the long haul…….so not expecting much volume for the time being……in any case when it does resurface, hopefully, it will be on the buy side pushing FLN much higher.
