Pfizer will/can wait until this company is financially on its knees.

RAP are out of loot, hence research grinds to a halt, and marketing deteriorates. They have a potential distribution channel in place but without a massive Pfizer the whole system will grind to a halt.

Where are the retail investors going to get another $50m plus and then pay for an expanded research/administrative team etc etc.
