I think the annual report said OZ was about 10 years behind Norway with an 84% adoption
SO 5 years from now half the punters who frequent the sites are there for a morning coffee or milk on the way home
Sounding like the sites will be land value or maybe a few pennies extra if the buildings are salvageable of another use . lets not forget site value will need site decontamination cost subtracted even if sold as is .
