CHL's competition is against campers using a tent. I always like to own the lowest, broadest facilitators in a market. Does not matter what disaster comes our way, the lower (cheaper) you are the more clients you have as higher participants in the pyramid drift down to you. Hotels can be expensive, you might have lost your job, it's always possible to take an RV and just park somewhere on a lake and rest, cooking your own food.
In addition, when getting into financial stress your RV becomes a profit center, so much more RVs get on the platform - really the key KPI forward.
