ReRAM Insights™ Q2 2022

Weebit Nano heads into the new financial year in a very strong position. We announced a major milestone last week, taping-out demo chips integrating our embedded ReRAM module to SkyWater’s foundry. This represents the completion of the technology transfer process and is the first time we’ve taped-out Weebit ReRAM to a production fab. Once these demo chips come back from manufacturing, we will commence characterization and qualification – the next steps toward commercialization.

We’ve also recently reached other technical milestones, including the first public demonstration of our ReRAM module at the Leti Innovation Days event– a demo showing the real-world functionality and speed of our technology. High interest in our technology at Leti Innovation Days and the 2022 IEEE International Memory Workshop (IMW) reflect the growing industry need for emerging non-volatile memory technology. Weebit’s productization roadmap is intersecting this need at the right time. We look forward to sharing additional updates with you soon.
