I am a big NO for this takeover and have been a holder since Narhex days.
However, I am curious as to how much cash is in the kitty?
If Pfizer walk away and if we need a CR (I am speculating only) the SP may be back at 5c.
I don't blame the BOD, I think they know exactly what they are doing (I am speculating again) They are fighting with the tools they have in hand.
I believe this still has a long way to go yet.
