If they use up all the 10% capacity in 6 months big deal, run a shareholder vote for another 10% for the next 6 months.
Dividend should only be a token amount to signal to market of the value, but its tax inefficient. At these prices the company will be 60%+ cash backed by end of CY2023. Reduce the capital base by 50% in 1.5 years, market cap at 16c would be <A$50m at that point.
