With respect I think you are missing the big picture. All EFA funding will obviously come with conditions. $300 mil is a very significant contribution. Also ignore the 39% you referred to : all serious TNG shareholders know that circa 5c in no way recognised the company's real value.
As prop concisely put , many of the EFA conditions are partially or already near completion.
Have a nice S.A red over the weekend and then reassess the position.
