My thought are buy in fear which is right now and watch it slowly but steadily rise.
When they start exporting next year the stock will be well over $1 a share then watch it grow quite quickly.
This stock reminds me of PLS where it jumped around a fair bit the when exporting started to take up they zoomed upwards.
