How on earth are staff who need to be in the Sri Lankan office traveling to work? All forms of transport disrupted. It must be a massive adverse change from when I visited a few years back.
Better for the company to change its backroom operations to Philippines: superior English skills and an economy that while hit hard by COVID-19 is recovering. Median age of about 25 so plenty of tertiary-educated individuals in Metro Manila and Cebu City.
