I think you would be right, if this section was going to flow, it would have by now. With the misunderstood,the good and not so good anns they have made to date, I think they would be busting to say something if they had it, complete or not. Hope I am wrong.
I also think that this has already been factored into the sp, hence 7.00 to 7.50 range.
Its NOT the end of the world if thing dosn't flow, its only an appraisel well on the flank, and they have already retreived some very good data results from this well.
