Remembering "current SEG(HRE) from CLD" will likely double from 2019 along with NdPr, safe to say on those numbers with nominated expansion they are looking +300tpa Dy equivalent, with Q's remaining around supply routes from both security & efficiency POV.
Regardless, Japanese mag makers will be mightily relieved when it happens, they are likely now largely drawing on Tb/Dy reserves.
