Looking at the calendar, if project construction is to commence before Xmas, then Ding has to be in Africa by the end of this quarter with infrastructure funding secured and the project plans and schedule QA'ed and signed off with the partners who will only do so I think after securing long-term ore production offtake allocations.
I also feel positive about Ding making solid progress in China after 9 months of exhaustive studies and partner selection. Think the Penny has finally dropped and now ANS, Bestway and partners have the much needed clarity to make the funding commitment.
If IPO happens in Q4, it may not be a bad thing if that coincides with a pause by the US Fed in raising rates and therefore a stabilization of the global markets. HK Covid restrictions by then may be lifted entirely so relisting in HK may be a breeze.
Bring it on !
