The issue of price remains, people quoting market prices for the SYQ offtake may need to lower their expectations if Tesla has the right to a minimum of 53,000t SC6, it will be for around $1,200 not $6,000.
I note Tesla can also call up additional quantities at their discretion.
It will be interesting to see how this plays out.
