This is a potential issue that we should not be dissmissve of.
Some of the long term posters on SYA were dismmissive of the PLL offtake agreement even to the extent of stating the agreement didn't exist as it was not in the best interest of SYA. That seriously turned me away form those posters.
So the agreement does state the SC6 is to be sourced from NC, however the detail that we are not privy to may not make this a speciific condition.
At the end of the day even if the Tesla agreement does apply it may initially be for only 53,000t SC6, the rest may be sold on the market.
