Yes I know about that wording however it is inconclusive, it does not state specifically that it is a condition the SC6 must be sourced from NC, I suggest Tesla will be looking at the SYQ SC6 coming available to PLL and getting legals to see if they have a right to it.
Like I said this is a potential issue that needs to be resolved.
Its all about risk awareness and de-risking of PLL.
