Don't worry kirs. We received notification month ago that we got the approval, just didn't get the formal signed documentation until the last announcement.
The minister has come back from maternity leave and signed the piece of paper. The announcement has the expiry date and its calculated from our previous expiry date and not the date the document was officially sighed.
The 1 year extension to make good on our original obligations which included a 3d seismic. We are half way in that period already. Its still possible to meet our obligations, but tick tock - can't let dates keep slipping.
