Tsingshan does have large nickel contracts with Silkroad Nickel Ltd in Indonesia who supply high grade Nickel to a Chinese company named PK Ekasa owned by Tsingshan.
The high grade nickel is used to make nickel matte probably through Nickel industries, but as Tsingshan needed the high grade nickel to pay down the shorts they may have reduced some matte production and took the pure grade nickel.
Hopefully they used more matte or both to keep the nickel price down.
Ziang said a short while ago we will take every ton produced by Nickel Industries Ltd.
Our share price drop is puzzling .
