Jaw dropper, how long has ton looked for finance. Years and years. What happens if ton continues to struggle, its just a slow death. Time for a change. Projects aren't hard to find. Will mean ton can issue shares for the project funding, and dilute the Chinese and finally get rid of there power over the company, its a win win
