Capital Market Transactions are those where BFG helps companies raise equity and BFG gets a fee for doing so. The fee might be 3% of the equity raised.
When BFG do a Capital Markets Transaction they offer the equity to their share broking clients and institutions. If you operate a Bell Direct account without ever talking with a broker you will not be offered these types of equity raises.
