Joannie, I don't think you understand the seriousness of the statement you've made below.

You've just come into an investment forum & publicly claimed that W2V made a misleading statement. Which statement is misleading? Plus, W2V never said the repayment of the grant was a requirement, it's just something they want to do. I don't see any harm in that.
In fact, here in Australia, profitable corporations were shamed into paying back any employee payments they received from the government during the pandemic. Those payments would be considered grants, it was free money given to the employer to help pay employee wages during lockdowns.
Well, the Israeli government through the IAA gave W2V some cash & perhaps Israeli citizens want their cash back at some point. After the grants are paid off, who would be next in line?
