Thanks for your insightful input, much appreciated.
It does seem strange that such a large resource such as ulley has not been factored in any way into the SER price.
Having said that how much will the upgrade to the process plant cost? Is this the uncertainty the market is wary of?
Answers to my questions will come along in the next few months I believe!!
