Given the float price was $0.73 - my guess is that if the share price doesn't reach >$0.80 when the release of 24m Escrow occurs, there won't be a sell off. Institutional/sophisticated investors will be reluctant to take a loss on a company in its infancy stages - especially with a grow runway now evident.
