    What makes you think this will drop 66%?!

    The stock is ALREADY TRADING as if the new shares/oppies were issued.

    If not, the share price would be in the dollars per share range.

    40million/29million = $1.38.

    (The $40million value is taken from their most recent presentation which was calculated on a peer comparison).
