Regal is ultimately a hedge fund and we know how they behave. Volatile capital and short term driven. The major of the problem in my opinion can be blamed on DEL management (and their ECM advisors to some extent) and this highlights their immaturity as a managment team in the listed space (note im really not talking about the board, thats a different story). There is a reasonable argument to be made the DEL management should have done more proper DD on investor market at IPO. I dont think they did and we as secondary market participants are paying the price.
