Kwinana seem to have no planning and services development committee, Ecograf will be in the Rockingham planning and services committee. Theres a difference between Kwinana and Rockingham! (Thanks again Wilma!)
It may be that Ecograf will be topic on the Rockingham one, which is on the 18th July. Ive been asking for a confirmation last week, but dont get a response anymore... (suspicious huh). The Agenda is not public yet.

On the other hand, Andrew has requested a Delay for the Dap until August, so lets see what really happens... Fingers crossed for July
