I agree high yields like those found in Gagebrook don't come without the 'drawbacks'; however I'm trying to look past that and remember its a % profit.
Time does change things, and looking at past commission areas around my area in Melbourne supports this.
In saying that, it might pay to take a weekend visit to Hobart and drive out to the burbs for a look.
its hard to not take a peek.
