I think thats right.
I would like to think DEL does extensive DD on location of their AD plants so waste redundancy volume risk is mitigated. Ie they are located within a broad organic waste catchment area. The question is are banks prepared to take the risk? The worst case outcome would be DEL is force into paying for waste if they have contracted the enery with an offtaker!! Ie electricity sales under a PPA. No waste, no power.
