Interest post BelgianBert, I appreciate the effort!
1/ I'm not really holding my breath over the DLE to be perfectly honest. Also, my initial studies have no significant bearing as I was looking at Artesian basin results. There's certainly no harm in analysing the minerals from the basins GRV are targeting, but as you mention I don't think it's likely this side of the project has legs.
2/ If you're expecting a cost of a $20m plant, what size/mW plant would you estimate that to be? The $800k cost I was referencing was for a 300kW plant, with shallow drilling, similar to Winton, which is tiny.
3/ We'd all like to know that also! A lot depends on the parr testing I would hazard at guessing. Hopefully we have more insight soon.
4/ I'm an investor who will put their money in both (if feasible). Alpha would be an immensely profitable venture, and if Biddle and Co see an opportunity in the renewable space then I'm interested to see where it leads. To your question though, other than a greeny, who wouldn't invest their money here? The green strategy funds can stay out for all I care, there will be many other institutions who will find this appealing.
5/ We don't know the numbers, so in my opinion it's premature to be guessing. If you have more data I'd love to see it?
