I agree with SeamFiends comments to your last post.

I think the author of that research report is rating Cougar's 200MW syngas turbine Stage 1 Kingaroy with a solid cashflow and expandible to 400MW as commercial.

I suspect he isn't rating CNX's 5MW reciprocating engine power plant as commercial, nor the next stage 20MW project.

Jmo though.
