The company has paved inroads to establishing a revenue stream by investing ahead of the FDA decision because they were lead to believe based on the original submission, that the decision was likely in their favour. This is what companies do to be ahead of the curve so they are not left behind after approval trying to establish production capabilities while inviting competitors to nip them at the post. Granted the approval has not come (yet). I think there will be more to play out, and with the approvals for other territories and the Victorian govt agreement, there are catalysts lined up for them to prove themselves a company that has the guts to be cash flow positive and (eventually) profitable.
