Increasing export volume while at these high prices would serve all interests, I would have thought. Instead, we have green/red tape immobilizing any progress, be it an overgrown prawn in a Taswegian river for SHH or the NA3 saga for NHC.
Bigger picture, government should be looking at enhancing food and energy security for this nation. The seas ahead grow more ominous each day, yet they are merrily flittering around the periphery of power while ignoring their own people's needs.
