Someone is holding a short position on this stock. About 0.4% of the stock so they are either using some to suppress the price I.e. 500,000 and 800,000 trades. Or a position is holding price down to accumulate. Either way until the stock becomes a bargain or the position is traded out, it will sit where it is for a whilst.
