I asked Stef a while back what the plan would be if the conversion rate of the trucking industry lagged their demand estimates (~30% of output). I'm sure he won't mind my paraphrasing his response here, that the plan is for the bulk of the initial output to go to the industrial customers, with the supply into the trucking industry increasing as adoption increases and the plant reaches full capacity.

Bear in mind this was before diesel doubled and whatnot, so the landscape may look different now and the strategy adjusted to accommodate.
