its just low vol and tight sale side. $35k isn't a big spender. remember how the SP works. - price is on the last single share.
Example:
There is a story of a deli in new york (a single store with 2 employees, and turns over a couple 100k) that last traded for $100 a share - a single share - which put the company at like 2 trillion mc. - but you know it's not. it's about liquidity.
