The upfront capital requirements of the project as it is would be a huge hurdle.
The 7% discount rate is a bit cheeky in the current climate too.
I’m hoping that a major could see cost advantages to bringing this project under their wing delivering a bigger NPV, and thereby see shareholders realise an eventual gain through a sale.
