i would not say you had no say in the matter, I posted my concerns about the spin out of these assets on this forum, on 30/9/21, nobody here bothered with a response, management reads these forums and are contactable to express your concerns, does anybody here have a regular contact with management??, If you do, do you express your concerns.
I think nobody here talks to management, so they do not know your concerns.
